Produced by the International Women’s Tribune Centre, this is a “computer book” that does not require reading ability. It was developed for, by and with women in rural and semi-urban communities in Uganda. It describes steps to consider in creating a microenterprise, from mobilizing local resources, steps in setting up a business, overcoming obstacles, and expanding opportunities. The cases cited involve farming, animal husbandry and marketing.
