Facilitation and Training Approaches for Community Change
What you can expect
Individuals and organizations must constantly be learning in order to understand and analyze local and global contexts and to act courageously, effectively, and constructively for change. Facilitators and trainers who can catalyze this learning in new and creative ways will be major contributors towards social transformation and citizen-centred development.
This three-week course will help you improve your skills and competencies as a trainer and process facilitator. You will practice what you learn through mini-sessions where you will facilitate group activities with others. Participants will be encouraged to act as coaches to each other in a trustful, interactive peer environment.
