Community Development Leadership by Women
What you can expect
This certificate is a unique women-only opportunity to open the minds and hearts of women working in development to ‘be the change’ they want to see in their community or organization. The program challenges traditional beliefs about women’s roles while leading economic and social change at the community level. You will come together with other women to share personal stories, uncover strategies for overcoming hurdles and build programs and initiatives for social change that are women and girl friendly. Through this certificate you will affirm your belief in the essential value of women’s participation in development and build the confidence in yourself and trust in other women to inspire and ignite leadership.
