Co-operatives and their employees: towards a harmonious relationship.

This report argues that for reasons of economics and co-operative principle, co-ops need to consider their employees in a different than in the past. The paper is based on two premises: the status of employees involves fundamental issues of co-operative theory and employee participation in decision-making brings greater economic returns.
