Gender equity in savings and credit organizations: a training manual for promoters

There are thousands of savings and credit organizations in Nepal, but in many mixed-sex SOCs, women play a secondary role. They often have less access to services, and services and structures often do not reflect their needs. This manual outlines a two and a half day training program to put gender issues on the table and begin talking about the potential for practical change.
