Globalization and civil society: NGO influence in international decision-making

This paper examines NGO representation and participation. It looks at the degrees of access NGOs have to international decision-making institutions and assesses their impact in decision-making and the strategies adopted to exert influence and pressure. It concludes by considering the role of NGOs in a global civil society.
