Author

Description

In Bangladesh, international donors have encouraged development NGOs to take up a service delivery function. This has induced NGOs to shift their activities away from social mobilisation. This paper reports on the impact of Nijera Kori (NK), an NGO in rural Bangladesh, on its members' democratic knowledge, practice and engagement.
