This report provides a review of China's achievements in promoting renewable energy. The reasons for China's efforts are the needs to increase energy, slow down climate change, reduce the pressue of environmental pollution, and improve energy supply in rural areas.  This report intends to facilitate international cooperation to assist China in further improving its energy efficiency.
