Victoria Bauman started working as an Associate with Coady Institute in 2014 with the design, co-facilitation, and personal leadership coaching for the OceanPath Fellowship, supporting the leadership of recent Canadian graduates. With a mix of experience in both community development and personal leadership coaching, Victoria’s focus is in helping people develop the clarity and confidence they need to effectively bring their meaningful ideas to life.
Prior to working with Coady, Victoria worked in strategic philanthropy as a Program Officer for the Pathy Family Foundation, supporting non-profit organizations to find clarity on their strategies for impact. She also developed and ran a Youth Leadership Program on a Cree reserve in Northern Quebec as a Program Coordinator for Youth Fusion. As her personal interests began gearing toward individual leadership, Victoria pursued a certificate in coaching and started a coaching practice to mobilize purpose-driven individuals.
Aside from her work at Coady and her private coaching practice, Victoria also contributes to online publications such as the Huffington Post, speaks at and hosts experiential workshops, and designs digital products that help aspiring change makers reach their potential.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Development from McGill University and a certificate in Life Coaching from the BY Coaching Academy based in Melbourne, Australia.
