Alaa Salih

Alaa joined the Centre for Employment Innovation (CEI) team in 2020 and held various titles with the most recent being Impact and Innovation Officer. Her commitment to empowering underrepresented voices has been a driving force throughout her career, and she strives to adopt culturally responsive approaches to research and engagement. Alaa also engages in community-led research, and she understands the importance of centring the voices and perspectives of community members in the research process to ensure that the approaches developed are tailored to their specific needs and priorities. Alaa is currently completing a Master of Education (MEd) and hopes to apply the knowledge gained from the MEd to her work at the CEI.
