Addy Strickland

Impact and Innovation Officer

Addy joined the Centre for Employment Innovation team in July 2021 as a Youth Engagement Specialist, and has since transitioned into the role of Impact and Innovation Officer. An artist and storyteller, she leans on narrative as a tool for bringing people together and building community, and tries to tie those pieces into everything that she does. Prior to working for the CEI, Addy graduated from StFX University with an Honours degree in Development Studies, where she focused on using art and story as tools for community development and social change.
