Salome Nduta is a Kenyan human rights defender, community organizer, and environmental activist committed to social justice and the empowerment of marginalized communities. She is the founder of the Women Human Rights Defenders Hub which provides mentorship, protection, and advocacy support for women activists. Salome has played a key role in international efforts to advance the safety and well-being of African human rights defenders. Recognized for her impactful work, she continues to champion gender equality, community-driven change, and an African-led transition to renewable energy across Kenya and beyond.
