Johnann joined Coady in November, 2018 as Executive Assistant and Manager of Operations. Johnann joined StFX in August 2011, as the Executive Assistant to the Academic Vice-President, and later became the Manager of University Housing and the StFX Hotel.

Prior to returning to Antigonish, Johnann lived in Halifax working at Mount Saint Vincent University, as well as the Geriatric Medicine Research Unit at Dalhousie University / QEII Health Sciences Centre. Johnann also worked with Shannex Health Care, and the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.

Johnann has a BA in Sociology from Acadia University and a Certificate in Gerontology from Mount Saint Vincent University.
