Lynn is a seasoned advancement professional with 23 years at St. Francis Xavier University, where she’s held roles in Extension, Recruitment & Admissions, Advancement, and now Coady Institute. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to education, social justice, and community development. A proud StFX graduate, Lynn leads donor and funder engagement at Coady, helping to advance global leadership, women’s equity, and grassroots change. She brings extensive experience in donor stewardship, legacy giving, grant development, and strategic fundraising. Lynn is widely known for her ability to build strong, authentic relationships and networks—connecting people and ideas in ways that foster meaningful impact. Lynn also serves on several community boards with a special focus on wellness, learning, equity, accessibility, and inclusion.
