Feminist Storytelling for Equity and Justice is the local theme this year, highlighted by a reading with award-winning Mi’kmaw poet and activist Rebecca Thomas, a reading of “Africville” with author Shauntay Grant, and a webinar with Coady Institute’s International Centre for Women’s Leadership program staff titled, “Brilliant Disrupters: How Women Leaders are Transforming the World”.
