What is the Engage Gathering?

The Engage Gathering will mark the end of the 6.5-year project cycle for Engage: Women’s Empowerment & Active Citizenship with three days of participatory, partner-led sessions focused on project impact, innovative practices, and future pathways for women’s leadership and participation.

Who is it for?

The Gathering will welcome 150 delegates including project partners, participants, Coady graduates, regional practitioners, and funders.

When/where will it happen?
March 26 – 28, 2026 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

  • Wednesday: Registration 8:30am – 9:30am | Program 9:30am – 4:30pm
  • Thursday: 9:00am – 4:30pm & 6:00pm – 8:00pm (Dinner)
  • Friday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
