Chee Mamuk, Aboriginal Program, BCCDC, brought six youth from different Nations together for a month of coming of age training. The youth made drums, regalia, and worked on a wall size carving together. Guest speakers came to share traditional teachings around balanced living, respect, coming of age...and also talked about risks of todays drugs, alchol, HIV, Hepatitis and STDs.
