Developed by the International Budget Partnership, this documentary focuses on the work of MUHURI (Muslims for Human Rights). MUHURI assists communities to participate in monitoring the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in Mombasa, Kenya. The CDF allocates approximately one million dollars annually to each member of parliament to spend on development projects but provides no independent oversight or account of the funds. This video follows Kenyan citizens attempting to do something about it.
