Methodology for micro-enterprise strategy design in the Sahel

During 1990-91, USAID financed a series of microenterprise development strategies in Niger, Lesotho, Burkina Faso and Mali. This report synthesizes the lessons learned from these four experiences to provide guidelines for positioning and developing a microenterprise strategy in the field.
