Multilateral agencies and NGOs: a position paper

This paper sets out some of the aspects of the relationships between NGOs and multilateral agencies such as funding and NGO involvement in the implementation of MLA sponsored projects. General background information is followed by an examination of funding via a review of UNDP, World Bank and UNIFEM. Main difficulties and concerns are identified.
