These Are Our Children (10 min.) is an appeal to political leaders, planners and aid donors to support local communities in meeting the basic needs of AIDS orphans. The Orphan Generation (40 min.) focuses on the struggles of one Ugandan village to cope with the deepening orphan crisis. Local development and social workers explain how the needs of these children can be met--and their rights protected--by support for community-based organizations rather than institutional care.
