We are excited to announce our 2020 education programs! In addition to ongoing programming for Youth, Indigenous, and Women leaders, we are pleased to announce a fresh and globally informed slate of certificate offerings for 2020 that will support local and global leaders in working together to bring about lasting economic and social change.
Global Indigenous Women Fellows Find Strength and Solidarity with Local Indigenous Women Leaders
In the early part of their fellowships, Rosa Marina and Shirley were welcomed into the classroom for Coady’s Indigenous Women in Community Leadership (IWCL) program for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit women in Canada. Following the program, they participated in the IWCL Alumni Gathering that welcomed approximately 100 Indigenous women leaders back to campus for an opportunity to come together, forge connections, collaborate, and amplify their impact.
Climate and Democracy Week Event Schedule
As part of Climate and Democracy Week 2019, we are pleased to collaborate with StFX University and others to host this week with the theme, For a Sustainable Future. Join us for one of these upcoming events, or learn more about our commitment to climate action through our educational program offerings.
