Author
Dike, Enwere
Description
This paper examines how small-scale industries have coped with Nigeria's economic crisis and structural adjustment. There has been rapid growth in this sector in the numbers of industries and capital investment. However, there has been an increase in employee exploitation due to low wage rates and long work hours. Constraints and future strategies are presented.
