Nine Years After Coady: Carrying Leadership Forward
In 2017, Dr. Smita Dharmamer came to Nova Scotia as one of 19 women leaders from 17 countries to participate in Coady’s Global Change Leaders Program. Nine years later, the connections and lessons from that experience continue to shape her work with Aangan Trust in India.
