Description
There are four million homeless people in South Africa who live in slums or squatter settlements. Government programs are building houses for these people, but it's a slow process. One group that is making a difference is the South African Homeless People's Federation. The members, most of whom are women, save money to add to their government grants, allowing them to build larger houses. The group is helping women and their families realize their dream of living in real homes of their own.
