Today in North America, women make up half the work force and more than half of all university students.  But according to the UN, they own only a small percentage of the world's wealth despite comprising more than half the population.  In this video, the story of feminism and its continuing battle is told through interviews with some of the best-known feminist icons, as well as younger voices who are finding new ways to advance the cause.
