All We Expect: Nutrition: A Basic Human Right
More than 2 billion people globally suffer from micronutrient malnutrition (deficiencies of iron, iodine and vitamin A, etc.). For social and biological reasons, women and girls are especially vulnerable. Reducing micronutrient malnutrition can have a profound effect on women's health, child survival, educational attainment, worker productivity and development. Some examples of the solutions that are being used are given.
