Ecuador micro-enterprise sector assessment: policy framework

As a part of the research to describe microenterprises in Ecuador for future design planning, this study focusses on identifying key policy, regulatory and program constraints to MSE growth and development, with recommendations to reduce such impediments. These include: credit, interest, trade tariffs, taxation, wage and labour regulations, etc.
