Enterprise Learning and Networks initiative

This paper examines the Enterprise Learning and Networks Initiative, a project of WWB, the main objective of which is to assist growth-oriented microenterprises and small firms to improve their competitiveness and profitability. This objective is achieved through the learning component of the initiative and the formation of commercial linkages and enterprise networks.
