Measuring microcredit delinquency: ratios can be harmful to your health

This paper is concerned with the accurate measurement of delinquency rates in microfinance institutions. The author stresses the point that the measurement (or ratio) cannot be understood totally unless it is clear what factors are being examined in the ratio.
