Microenterprise business development services: defining institutional options and indicators of performance

This study presents the results of a review of the literature concerning institutional options for delivering non-financial services, or business development services, to micro and small enterprises. The study also looks at performance indicators for different types of services suppliers, including informal and commercial suppliers, as well as non-governmental organizations involved in implementing donor-funded programs.
