In January 2006 a workshop for organisational learning was hosted by INTRAC's Praxis Programme and VBNK, Cambodia's leading capacity building NGO. The workshop drew on the knowledge and experience of participants in regards to the concepts and practice of organisational learning in the development sector. This paper presents the discussions and learning that occurred at the workshop.
