Strengthening environmental impact assessment capacity in Asia: a case study on the Philippine EIA system.

This report describes how the EIA system of the Philippines had to change to meet the country's legal, administrative and institutional arrangements, but there are still many problems that must be overcome. A set of activities which could help improve the system is proposed and described in this case study.
