This video explores the daily journey of Pax Chingawale through several villages in southern Malawi. Pax works with traditional healers who contribute unwittingly to the spread of AIDS. He bikes around monitoring the progress of those whose lives are being saved by Anti Retro-Virals (ARVs), a life-extending drug treatment. Pax is helping to create a model for making ARV drugs accessible to the world's most vulnerable people.
