The Learning Fund: Income Generation through NFE

This note describes the design and implementation of the Learning Fund Program in Indonesia which sought to combine educational and income generating activities through the funding of learning groups. The note reviews the Indonesian experience, presents two case studies and summarizes in detail the lessons learned from the experience.
