Description

Tuso plans to go to university to study law however her father has already begun arranging for her marriage. Her future is ruined when she is raped and discovers she is pregnant. She is forced to marry her rapist who abuses her, leading her into depression and a stay in a mental hospital. She flees the hospital after being treated poorly and returns home. Her father refuses to take her in and sends her to a traditional healer for treatment. Despite Tuso’s painful journey, she still has hope. Executive producer, producer and director: Musola Cathrine Kaseketi.
